Media Visit
On March 20th Valle del Sol Golf Course
was host to a select group of Costa Rican Sports Journalists
in print, radio and TV. Our instructors organized
a special two hour workshop on the game of golf sponsored
by Anagolf and TVGolf. The workshop covered golf equipment,
golf rules, golf vocabulary, and the various golf
swing postures. When the information session was complete
everyone was ready to enjoy the morning sun and put
what they had learned to practice on the links.

information on this great game that is gaining popularity

2003 Match Play Finals: A Great Battle
Last March 2nd concluded the one-on-one,
elimination, 2003 Match Play Tournament played at
Valle del Sol Golf Course. After 3 days of intense
competition under the hot valley sun, Norman Warren
won the championship with supremacy, beating out Cedric
Auffet - 2nd Place, Jaime Jimenz - 3rd Place and Adrian
Chinchilla - 4th and positioning himself on Costa
Rica's 10 Best Golf Players list. Congratulations
to the National Champion!
