We thought of a place to live in perfect balance with the environment, we imagined that it had the comforts of the modern lifestyle and we dreamed of the best golf course steps from our home. Such a place exists, it is called Altos del Golf.
In an area of 5.6 ha within Parque Valle del Sol is located the Altos del Golf condominium, with 45 lots of more than 800 m² each. Conceived as an eco-cluster, it offers an exquisite design with the signature of the renowned landscaping company Green Plan, affiliated with Zürcher Arquitectos.

The impact of a sustainable community
From its beginning, Parque Valle del Sol has been an example of a community committed to the conservation of the environment.
At Altos del Golf, the efforts to conserve water are quite evident. In each park and trail there will be irrigation systems installed, that will automatically minimize the consumption of water. The irrigation system is fed from the lakes on the golf course and the selection of ornamental plants planted on the parks and trails are mostly summer resistant varieties. In Altos del Golf, green practices like the separation of waste and recycling are mandatory. For the same reason, each lot will have selected areas for the proper treatment of waste during the construction process; each owner will be required to recycle the waste.
To promote environmental awareness, we will have a campaign to promote tree parks and suggest each owner to plant on their land a minimum of 3 trees. At the same time, we will suggest that each home have solar systems to help the environment.

The official bush of Altos del Golf, the Brazilian Lady of the Night, with its small white flowers and distinctive scent, will overwhelm your senses, creating a unique effect. The fruit trees will attract butterflies and hummingbirds, which can be observed from the benches located in the rest areas. Children can enjoy the playgrounds, while adults can sit in contemplation under the arbors, enjoying the large groups of plants that decorate the gardens day and night. Along the leafy paths that cover the entire project, you will find areas where you may practice stretching.
